Wynndy Hill from the air

Wynndy Hill came into existence in 1992 when George and Jeri Wynn purchased 14 acres in Northern Rockingham County, Virginia. At that time the only structure on this land was a large partially-finished cedar sided house. By 1993, George and Jeri had completed construction on a 30’ x 80’ post frame building to be used for a storage building/shop. The next few years witnessed the clearing of more than 400 medium size cedar trees, landscaping, fencing and the construction of several outbuildings including a large three (3) car garage, a combination cattle/hay barn and a second storage building. As the years progressed the house was completed including the addition of another bedroom and interior decoration. The initial barn/storage building evolved into a well-equipped woodworking/metal working shop. This shop equipped with the latest power and hand woodworking tools as well as metal working tools is now fully insulated with air conditioning and gas forced-air heat.
